I know these catalysts have been going for between 1 million and 1.5 million worth, so while it's not quite at that level (and therefore not completely blowing me away), it's a very good offer that I'm happy to consider ^__^

I do have another offer that is worth more to me at the moment, so I'm not sure if you might have other things I'm interested in to offer? (Basically, if it's not on my list in the first post, I'm probably not interested in it. Not to say you can't try, but anything not on the list has a very small chance of actually being added to an offer I'm considering)
