Hey everyone! Decided to do some new forum games for this Summer Festival! Maybe some of you will be familiar with the concept of a sticker book. I used to have them when I was a kid, just a book with say a jungle background and a bunch of stickers of jungle animals to decorate the jungle with.

Thought the same concept would translate well to an art contest that is on more 'fair ground' than other art contests when it comes to artistic skill. :)


PSD Download



Rules

1. Download the PSD file and use any digital art program to move around the pieces to decorate your beach map. You may use as many as you want and even duplicate them if you say want a beach scene that's just completely covered in seashells. In the PSD file I have the things you can use marked vs what you shouldn't be touching.

2. You MAY add in either Sylestia avatars or pets or any artwork that is in Sylestia such as an NPC. These are the only things that you can add into the scene that aren't in the PSD file.

3. You may not edit the beach pieces in anyway except for the following: recoloring the objects using hue/saturation or flipping/mirror/resizing the objects. These are the only things that you can edit regarding the beach scene items.

4. You may not draw or add anything into the scene that is outside of Sylestia.

5. You may not recolor or do anything to the items that are marked that you can't touch them.

6. After decorating your beach scene come back and share your image with everyone here in the thread. :)

Prizes

Everyone that participates and follows the rules will receive the title "Beach Bum", along with another participation prize. There will also be 3 place winners chosen by Krinadon and I.

I tried to move the pictures in the document but I can't move them. What program would be best for this? I used sketchpad. Thanks.

If you have a Windows computer or a phone with access to Google Play, I would suggest downloading Autodesk Sketchbook to edit the photo with

So I added in a few sylestis,
I also pasted this sprite, resized/aged it so I could give it a shadow and reflection. I wasn't sure if that was allowed but,, I did it anyway?? if need be I can always delete the shadow/reflection.
