You couldn't remember much of anything, but you knew you were somewhere unfamiliar. A warm breeze blew rustling the grass around you and sending it cascading in waves across the open plain you found yourself in. Mountains towered in one direction and in the other the plain seemed to extend on forever, dotted here and there by small groves of trees. As you panned your surroundings you spotted a girl and a beast looking off in the distance......
The girl was very small looking much like a child as she combed her fingers through the beasts fur as they looked out at the clouds lit by the mid day sun.

The Beast looked over his shoulder at you before nudging the girl " Princess, you have a guest..." he said politely and the little girl yawned and turned around " Oh sorry seems I dozed off a bit" she said with a chuckle as she turned to face you holding a rather large egg in her tiny hands " Princess if I may, I do believe this is our young Creator....... would you like to explain?" he asked gesturing to the egg
"Ah! yes!" she said forgetfully " You have been chosen to restore this world, as it has reached the end of its life and it is time for it to start again, but You will not be able to do that alone..." she said handing you the egg that began to shake and rattle before cracking open and tossing small shards of eggshell every which way.
"This is your familiar, she will be your loyal companion and most trusted friend on your quest to bring peace and new life to this realm, however she cannot do so as an infant..." she said before clapping her tiny hands together in a flash of light before handing you a small glowing crystal " here that will make her grow to fit your age, its a special made Quantum Crystal, A little time turning trick I made up a while back " she said with a proud smile
(Oh side note! don't forget you post your Character and Familiar in the next Post If you want I can send you the already sized links in a PM, the reason I do This is if your familiar and you get separated later on it will be easier to keep up with which one Im responding to ^w^)

"Thank you!!" I say as my familiar promptly bites me. "Ow!!! I exclaim, shoving the Quantum Crystal in her (my familiar's) mouth. "What do I do to... restore... this world?" I ask her curiously.

The girl Glanced over at her own familiar as yours grew to be much older......
"Ah! well young one the realm here survives off of Quantum, being that this world has gone through a sort of reset it has a lot of available Quantum "" Oh! Quantum Is kind of like Magic power, it appears as small glowing orbs of light" the girl interjected before letting him continue " uh... yes, kind of like that, you can use Quantum to make things, and in some cases destroy them. its very useful so if you find some hold onto it, I would love to explain more but it seems the Princess and I are running out of time " he said picking the girl up and putting her on his back
" Oh! almost forgot here! you might have some use for this!" she said tossing you a simple leather bag before the two took off at lightning speed and you were left alone....
You now can name your Familiar and decide wither you would like to play the role of your familiar or if you would like it played by the Narrator (Side Note: Familiars and their Masters can speak to one another, but unless you gain the ability Human Speak your Familiar can not speak to anything but greater Creatures: Collect this ability to Learn more)

Aydan felt himself relax as he took in the peaceful scene before he wondered why he had been tense in the first place. There was no one there. Just the slowly moving clouds, the mountains, the endless prair-was that a girl?
He watched the girl sat contented with a creature by her side, and wondered if he should go up to her. He smiled sheepishly as he realized that he had no idea where he was. The girl also did appear to be quite content, her hand running through the creatures fur... That settled it. He was going to go ask her.
Hello, could you please tel me where we are? he asked with a friendly smile. He felt like he was forgetting to say something, a name, a title, something.
