The same thing, basically, except instead of [ url] you use [ img]. It has to be a photo uploaded online somewhere, though (like a pet design from this site, a photo uploaded to a place like imgur, etc.). You can't link images directly from your files.

For Sylestia images, like pets and avatars, you use &size= at the end of the image URL. &size=500 is the biggest, and it looks like that's what your puff image is (500 is also the default, so it may not have &size= in the URL).
A good image size people use in forums a lot is &size=250.

You click the img= button and copy and paste the link you want the image to link to after the =. You then take the image url and paste it between the [img] tags.
