Strengths
Quick thinker, good at problem solving and staying calm/keeping a clear head in tense situations, she rarely acts impulsively and is good at strategizing, planning several steps ahead, and is quite resourceful and wily. She also doesn't need to rely on others. Due to the fact that she is small-sized, she can sneak around quite easily and is rather fast.
Weaknesses
She is not particularly strong, as she is quite small (but she isn't helpless in the way of physical strength), she prefers to outwit her opponents. Not very good at communicating and is not as good at hand-to-hand combat as long-range. She also tends to ignore help from others and prefers to have no allies.

Her eyes are a light grey, and her hair is naturally a pale blonde, but one of her friends back in her district used a mixture of tree-bark pulp and what she called some 'harmless secret ingredients' to dye her hair reddish as a semi-permanent 'good luck and Happy Hunger Games' gift. At first, Lizzy might appear to be cold or harsh, but she's really just not the best with talking to new people. She really does try to open up, but she's more of the 'tough love' type of person. She does have a strong sense of adventure, and is always there to protect anyone who needs support. Despite her lack of conversational skills Liz is a really good listener, and has some sound advice. She's not quick to trust but when she puts her faith in you, she'll stick with you till the end.
She likes to plan out everything before it happens, taking in the big picture and guessing the future, not the small, narrow image. Despite her haughty aloofness, she's a natural leader with her ability to quickly assess a situation and take charge. She values brains over brawn, and isn't an incredible warrior, but she can certainly fight if she has to, and she's not able sneaky, cheating moves. Lizzy appreciates the value of laws and rules, but she also appreciates the value of breaking them, and had gotten into trouble more than once for doing what she thought was the right thing. Despite not being able to admit when she's in the wrong, Liz will not do anything to endanger her friends, allies, or troops.
