You run up the stairs to reach unmarked glass doors, still no sign identifying the building. You tug on the handle and find that the doors are unlocked.

You open the door to find what seems like a library, a desk at one end of the room is abandoned and there doesn't seem to be anyone there. There is a winding staircase in the middle of the room.
