She glanced at your from the corner of her eye but kept her head turned towards the front as she started driving, "Eh, no place in particular. We were just planning on scavenging around a few stores but this store isn't really an option now since that thing could regenerate any second and it's not really a good idea to be around here when it does." she replied.

"... Nope. No medications but..." she put her finger to her chin almost in a mocking way, "I do have a special diet though." she didn't go into detail, "But I suppose that's not really important considering what's happening now." she replied.

I weigh in my head whether a special diet is something that I'll need to know to perform first aid or tell an EMT. I eventually just shrug and say, "Well, you're the one who brought it up. Here." I hold out some gauze to her. "Hold that to your ear. Don't take it away from your ear, or you'll rip the clot out. I'm going to call 911." I don't like the way she said "special diet," but I brush it of as her trying to flex on me about being vegan or something.
"Oh, I almost forgot. Do you have any medical conditions that you don't take medication for, like allergies?"

"Well, if you put it that way... I suppose so. But that isn't something to worry about. They have no recollection so they just attack anything that moves as soon as they regenerate. That means it won't come after us as long as we're not in the area." she said attempting to make the situation seem better than it was.

"... Aggressive or irritated tendencies, it's a bipolar disorder. I don't take medications for it since I saw a counselor and it had been getting better until just recently." she replied almost unwillingly. It was probably something she didn't want someone who she was asking for help to know.
