For those who don't like to read, here's the short version.

A group of college students believe that they've won a vacation to the island of La Huerta, but soon come to realize that it's not the tropical paradise they imagined.

For those who don't mind reading:

Adventure and romance await in the tropical paradise of La Huerta. Time there doesn't work right, as well.
You and your new acquaintances are completely isolated at a paradise resort. Is it time to panic... or party? Where has everyone gone? Literally nobody's at the resort except for the people that were on the plane. And, it's possible that you guys are the only people left on the island.
For those who want to get away, well...tough luck, because that doesn't happen. When you finally find a way to get back home, you step through, but your home is a place of destruction and fire. No survivors. What happened?
Will you be one if the ones to survive?
What happens when you meet the natives and they don't speak your language?
What about when a pirate shows up?

Personality: Shes shown to be very open-minded and kind. She is also extremely spontaneous after she found out that she would have only six months to live because of Rotterdam's Syndrome. She cares for others and is very concerned for the group that went to La Huerta with her. She is rarely losing her temper or getting furious, and in the few instances she has, it has been out of righteous anger.

Backstory?: When Quinn was four years old, she was diagnosed with a rare, incurable illness that affects 0.1% of the World population known as Rotterdam's Syndrome, that causes tremors, seizures, respiratory problems, and eventually, death.

The condition deferred her ability to enjoy her childhood, bankrupted her family and drove her family apart, which was shown to negatively affect Quinn, one day, Quinn's father spent the last of his savings into signing Quinn up for an experimental drug treatment, the cure was successful, and Quinn could finally live her life the way she wanted, but then, the disease came back.

Estela is very mysterious and withdrawn. She seems to be afraid to open up to people because in the past, the people in her life tend to get hurt, and she is a determined individual who will go to extreme lengths to fight for what she believes in, using her exceptional skills taught to her by her uncle, and her mother before her passing. Out of everyone in the group, she is probably the most aggressive. She has a tendency to lash out at people and act violent whenever she gets mad or upset about something.

Backstory?:Her father abandoned her when she was a baby, and she was raised by her uncle and mother in San Trobida. Her uncle taught her the family business; how to hunt, fight and kill, but her mother always dreamed of a peaceful life for them. That was why her mother worked for Rourke International, and when Estela was fifteen, her mother got reassigned to work at The Celestial. Because children weren't allowed, her mother would send her letters.
