He cocked his head to the side as she asked this. "You haven't heard of the underdark?" He asked as he shifted into his more human form. "The underdark is one of the places demons come from, its close to being the furthest one down." He cocked his head to the side still. "Where's a St. Thomas?"

" Oh just one is fine! im Koda by the way" He said kindly as he turned the volume on the TV down and walked into the kitchen

" No, I cant talk in that form sadly, and I'm not nearly as fancy as a Hell hound, but thanks for the complement, simple werewolf"

"I'm Dominick. Are you sure just one is okay? You said you were starving earlier." I turn back to cooking. "Wait a minute! I suddenly exclaim. "A simple werewolf? Are you kidding? Werewolves are awesome!" I tell him a grin forming on my face and a million questions racing in my mind.

He seems impressed " Wow, and you run this place all by yourself too huh..... seems like I might need to find a way to repay you seeing is I may be here a while" he said looking out the window " any ideas as to how I can be of the most service? Cleaning? cooking? being the guard kitty?" he said curiously yet with a tone of willingness

She rolled over on her back looking at you upsidedown " its really bright and sunny, ad hot almost all the time, but there is lots of water, its the place humans go to relax" he said in a simi-sarcastic theatrical voice

I let out a breathy amused sigh when he mentions guard kitty but after removing a stack of pancakes from the pan and onto a plate I sign "Telling me your name and what you...are exactly is a good place to start." hoping he understands that, if not I could just write it out for him on a piece of paper or something

He nodded his cheeks getting a little red at your complements " T-thanks" he said shyly ruffling the back of his head

I notice his sudden shyness and decide to drop the subject. "Your omlette's done do you mind getting a plate? They're in the cupboard beside the fridge. I say pointing to it. I start to make my omlette letting a small moment of silence fill the air before quietly asking "where are you from Koda? If you don't mind me asking." I add quickly.

I immediately feel a growing discomfort at the idea that someone could invade my mind. I coudn't hide that way, so I ask "Can you...choose not to read minds?" almost hopeful
