Once upon a long, long time ago.. There was a tribe off to the middle of a desolate land known to all by only "the dead lands", these lands were said to be haunted by an evil- or rather many of the same kinds tormenting the people. A man caught word of this place of pure evil became interested.. for all the entirely wrong reasons. This man was called Arron Clawston. A very wealthy and well known business man. He was known to believe that Mentally disabled people were just a waste of space on this earth.. But what they didn't see coming was this man buying up land.. buying up the cursed land from the people whom lived there and turning it into a camp. This camp was said to help those people but.. this man was twisted. He wanted to help- sure. But he also hated them all. A many didn't know this though, and the advertisements stated that it was a world renowned place... and to be honest, it was true. It was amazing for those people.. but all knew they never really came back. Records of them stated they mostly just went missing. Mr. Clawston made sure of it- making sure the creatures killed them.. but he treated them well. They were given all they could ever need and more. And the staff were friendly enough.. they couldn't be found out, now could they? The loving families of some people needed to be convinced they were okay. Soon.. it all changed. It was when Mr. Clawston died that it all went to hell. Camp Farcry became a nightmare to those left there.. still families thought they were just fine... But it wasn't true. No one was safe there.. Nor happy. It was dangerous and scary.. and now, the monsters were more vicious. The facility was more of a prison now.. with its freedoms still but the place had become bleak. And yesterday.. 3 more people went missing..
You are one of the few who want to escape. You are 500 miles away from any towns or cities and this joint is locked up tight. Although you think this place is bad.. You aren't sure it is that horrible. The staff doesn't hurt you much, you have friends here.. and, you are given free range of the place. You don't know about the monsters. You only know you were sent here for what is wrong with you.
Rules of the staff of Farcry-
Staff cannot give special accommodations to the members residing here.
Staff must stay clear of the creatures- known as night stalkers- they are unkillable without guns.. at least 5.
Staff most be at least somewhat kind to the patients.
Staff most moniter patients- if a patient becomes pregnant when child is born it must be taken away.
Staff cannot allow Patients to worsen. Even if Patient is to die you may not let them think it.
When a visitor comes- the building must be in good condition. No matter what had happened..
Once a month, 1-2 members are permitted to be taken into town for a day IF they have shown good behavior.

NO powerplaying at all! This RP is a serious Rp, and other then the creatures quite realistic.
Staff members are NPC's, but playable. Please keep the ones you use consistent.
Yes, people can escape. This RP has multiple events and moments- so in the beginning you cannot escape. The entire RP will be paced.
There is only 1 kind of monster- The Night Stalker. They pray on humans- specifically with mental illness.
Events are controlled by me- but if you have ideas tell me!
Please use at least 2 sentences per reply.
Current Event: Mystery of the deaths
In the few days you have heard some strange things.. The camp feels even more bleak then usual.. You never know why it is like this but usually once a month it is like this.. but this time you know why. A patient had a child.. and that patient and the child were found mangled near the mess hall. You were told not to worry but you can't help but to be suspicious of it. You're a little scared of what may happen.. But alll you know for now is that maybe going outside past 8 pm isn't the best of ideas.
Lapis lazuli walked around looking for drugs, alcohol or weapons stumbling into some what of a blood bath there was body parts every where she stood there for a while but fell into fear

Kathryn kept quiet. She had warded herself off into herbedroom, after hearing what happened the night before. Even though her door wasn't locked, she didn't want to leave her room. Tears welled in her eyes, but she blinked them away. Kat knew something was up from the beginning, and what happened just proved her point. But she only brushed it off as one of the people in the really crazy with went nuts, and killed a mother and her child. That only made her more uncomfortable.

Evan, although frightened beyond belief, was wandering around the camp. The time was 12 pm, and the camp was awfully quite. He didn't like this.. Not one bit. He liked it much better when it was at least someone active.. But he guessed he could understand why it was like this.. It had to be the recent deaths. He shuddered at the idea of it.. and steeled himself as to not remember his own tragic story.

Lapis lazuli looked around screamed and wanted to smoke she found cigarettes in a cupboard draw, grabbed one out then lit it and smoked to calm down she couldn't go out of her cell at night she was that paranoid

Soon enough, she gathered enough courage to slip out into the hallway. Kat began to wander the hallways, keeping to the least shadowy ones, just because of her child-like fear of the dark. Kat jumped sun she accidentally bumped into a table with a face on it. She caught it before it fell, but there still was a racket.

Evan soon heard the ruckus and became curious.. too curious for his own good. He wandered around the camp, watching and listening for the wound to come again. He wasn't sure exactly where it had came from but he was sure he'd find it.

As she was walking away, she tripped on the table. Causing the case to woddle, and fall, hitting her back. Thankfully it didn't break. But still she made noise. Kat groaned, letting her face smash into the carpet, her long blonde hair laying in a mess around her head.

Evan heard the sound again.. It was likely one of the nearby areas for visiting. He followed the sound, careful as he walked as to make not a sound. He cautiously peaked around a corner and saw a woman on the ground. He almost panicked for a moment but gathered himself and slowly made his way over with elegant strides. " Ma'am? Are you alright? " He asked, his voice similar to velvet with how smooth it was but it still held elegance, and an almost wispy tone. Something like the voice of an actor in a old movie. He looked like one too..

Kat jumped at the male voice, sitting up. She slammed her head against the table. Causing her to yelp. "Ow!" She heard the back of her head, wincing. When she opened her eyes she scooted back as far as she could. "Oh my gosh, I'm sorry for the noise!" , She whisper yelled. "I'm such a klutz, forgive me." Kat was scrounging for an excuse, so she wouldn't get hurt. She had he hands covering the top of her head, like something was to fall on it.
