~The Gloomy Forest~



It was just a normal day with you and your pet. You were playing on a field and the sun was as bright as ever. The birds were chirping, animals were running around, and the flowers were blooming beautifully. You play fetch with your pet for a few hours, keeping yourself busy under the hot sun. Summer vacation is almost here and you can't wait to explore new areas and discover many things!

As hours go by, the sun starts to set. Your pet is getting tired and your exhausted from running in the hot weather. Just as you're about to leave, you notice clouds start to block the sun and it gets really dark. The sky starts to turn green and lighting strikes the ground. You think to yourself "What is going on?". As you run to find shelter, you bump into a woman, with a very scared look on her face.



"Dear goodness, i'm so sorry! I wasn't looking where I was going, I was just trying to run away from these.. *points at the creature in a distance* MONSTER!!"


*You asked her what happened.*

"I was exploring this forest, gathering information about these creatures known as "Zombie Sylesti's". Appearently there was a spell casted that could turn any affected pet into a Zombie. While there isn't much known about these creatures, they are very aggressive. It isn't wise to approach them, but someone HAS to stop them. They're absolutely out of control!"

*You offered to help investigate these Zombie Sylesti's*



"Oh thank you! This means a lot to me. I could really use some help. I can't revert all these Zombies back to normal alone. There is just too many."

"Here, take this staff."

*She gives you an Oracle Staff*

"This staff is the source of bringing these Zombie Sylesti's back to normal. It doesn't always work. It can fail sometimes, depending how strong the creature is.The forest is just past this path."*She points north*

*You thank her and start heading towards the forest. Not knowing what you're about to do, your pet starts walking beside you, making sure that it lets you know that you are not alone. As you stand in front of the entrance, you think "Do I really want to do this?".*
