We have released the Mane improvements for the Qitari. You can see the old vs new shown below. In summary, the following got changed:
-Fire Mane (Redone)
-Luxorious Locks (Shading only)
-Icicle Mane (Redone)
-Nebula Mane (Redone)
On the Icicle Mane, we only did the Rainbow Gene. We need to get the others put in so I apologize for that.
Also on this topic though, please post your feedback to this thread if you would - or would not - like for both Fire Mane and Nebula Mane to also receive G3s beyond Rainbow.
Oh but Krin, their new looks don't show in the stable pics...
The server cache has been purged.
You'll need to refresh your local cache to load the new versions.

how do you update your server cache? the new manes aren't showing up and I figured out that you have to update the cache thing so that's why i'm asking.
