Hi there, welcome to sylestia ! To answer your question with a bit more dept those are the ways to obtains eggs on your own from the fastest to the longuest:

The best way to get decorated eggs is to go explore the maze to do so you have to speak to Justinia Aurorelius, the NPC that is looking like an angel at the entrance of the zone.

Another way is ot simply explore the zone in itself, you can find them lying on the ground, there are also 5 hiden area (six if you compt the one that lead to another one) two of witch garentee a themmed egg. I won't tell you where they are exactly but they are all located on the other side of the lake.

Filling the task log can help as well, you can have 100 eggs each days this way, it can take some time but the the task isn't too difficult to acomplish as you are filling it by exploring.

Selling un-neaded plant suply or helping others with their plants does give you some eggs in return as well.

Finaly you can go and fight bosses, they give avi items as well and as any other enemy from those area scale at your level. You however nead a good team to be able to take them down easily, beating a boss at your level will give you 10 eggs and some various items.

There is technicly the nurrituring that could get you eggs but they drop rarely, you have some achevement linked to nurrituring but nurrituring in itself isn't a good way to get eggs (tho you can get essence from nurituring).
