Personality: He is oddly cheerful, energetic, and talkative. He takes his job extremely seriously but believes it is important to have fun while doing it. He is obedient to his superiors but may occasionally twist the rules to his liking. He is very merciful and unless you did something he considers absolutely unforgivable, he sticks to a three chances and your out rule. On those rare occasions that he is sad or mad, most should steer clear of him at all costs.

Backstory: He comes from a respectable family. Most of the men in his family have some sort of military experience. He spent a small amount of time in college then left to join the Navy. He quickly moved up in the ranks because of his leadership skills, intelligence, and family history. There are a good number of people who look down on him because of his normally childish attitude, but it doesnt bother him.

Likes: sweet foods, talking, children, making sure his crew is happy, and a good drink every now and then

Dislikes: Dolphins, pirates, and negativity

Strengths: He is rather smart and a great leader, he always puts his men first. He has good knowledge about the ship, its crew, and those they are trying to take down. He also wont tell anyone this, but he is a great cook, though he normally avoids the kitchen for that reason.

Weaknesses: He can be hard to take serious at times. He isnt exactly the most revered captain. He has a strange fear of dolphins. He is somewhat clumsy.
