Backstory Welp...She's um....(spoiler text, plz don't read unless you MUST know, it might ruin the shock when she reveals it) She grew up aroudn the water, made a few oceanic friends, became a strong swimmer, and now goes around either by stolen boat or swimming makign 'mermaid" sightings.

Troy became an orphan, bt saw her one day makign a "mermaid" sightingto entertain skme peopmeand joined the navy since he was sure Tracey would pop around them more often....and he was correct. When you use your calculator to determine names and personalities for a new OC..... ;P It's quite effective surprisingly )

Well...

1. Gets TI-84+
2. Pulls up a spreadsheet (e.g. I have 64 personality types, etc)
3. Goes through th elist, using the random number app mode
4. Gets random numbers, uses them to correspond to personality number.
5. Same for names,get a letter and that's the first initial.
6. Repeat for all available options, then handcreate the rest.

Personality
Merel is a wily, sarcastic, and sly person in front of enemies or strangers, but she's actually quite the sweet girl under her aliases or titles. She's optimistic, and nothing beats her down. It takes a lot to make her break. She can be reckless and trigger happy, but most times it pays off.
Backstory
Merel was always an orphan, and spent years in an orphanage. The "caretakers" barely fed the children, and often they were beat for not doing chores or behaving. She was no exception. No name, or title, or life. One day, she saw one of the old, beat up posters that were flying around 20 years ago. She picked it up, read it, and suddenly, her life changed. She stole the head mistress's pair of red handled pistols, claiming them as her own. She ran away, and became a stowaway on a couple ships for a while, until, she finally asked to become a memeber of the female pirate group. By now, she had been known to never miss a shot, hence the Navy giving her the nickname "Red Bullet". She hasn't left the ship, or touched land since the day she joined.

Rory is light skinned, and has dark red hair. He has a lean build, and is quite skinny, but he has enough muscle to get by if needed. He has vivid grey-blue eyes, comparable to a storm cloud. Rory has a jagged scar across his cheek from a fight with a drunk in his teen years. He wears glasses, and can't see or operate without them sadly. Although he actually has operated on a man without them and saved someone. He's built for speed and agility rather than strength and stamina.
Personality
Rory is sarcastic, and doesn't take smack from most people. If you're hurt, you better rest before you get a very angry Rory. He's a smart individual, using resources and very reliable. Taking orders is typically easy, except for the stubborn navy members who say "they're okay". He is hardly sympathetic, but if someone is about to die or scared out of their mind, he's been known to say some reassuring things. He's also comparable to a chihuahua who thinks they're a Doberman, so there's that. He gets really annoyed and ticked off about dirty spaces, so the medical part of the ship is pristine 24/7.
Backstory
Rory doesn't have the happiest backstory. Rory had grown up without parents, and lived with an abusive uncle who he despised. He was forced to live in a filthy shed for most of his life, where bugs and mold and other things grew, and he developed a slight OCD for messy living spaces/rooms. His uncle got worse and worse with the abuse until Rory had enough and ran away at fourteen. He found some friends, that weren't exactly the best because they were always in trouble with the law, but he practically fit right in with them. He stole, and did all sorts of stuff. His two best friends both died, one of alcohol poisoning, and the other was shot by another drunk at a bar. He had sunk pretty low, and stayed like that for a while until he got sick of living in filthy places and with filthy people. He got a job selling papers, and eventually he got enough money to go to school, where he decided to get into medical stuff. After around three years, by now he was twenty, he signed up for the navy to be a surgeon, and he's been on the ship since then.
