Hello there! Welcome to the Newbie Mentoring thread! This is a safe space for anyone (whether you're a newbie or an older player returning) to come and ask those questions that you might not feel like posting in a forum thread. We welcome anyone, and we'll do our best to pair you up with one of our mentors as quickly as possible.



Warning: somw players (including me) may be on hiatus, especially die to the school year starting up.We will try to reply pormptly, but please be aware it may take a little longer then usual. Mentor Requirements-
1)You must have played for at least 3 months. (Also we want you to have been active for three months. As in actively playing for three months regardless of account age.)
2)You must have reached the Lost Grove (you do not need to complete it)
3)You must bring to my attention the typo in this list of rules in the 'Other' section of the form (*hint hint* the numbers)
4)You should understand the basics of Breeding and Genetics
6)You should understand the basics of Exploring (both types, old and new versions)
6)Activity on Forums is not required, but is preferred
7)Remember, you give advice, not money. If your newbie is in desperate need of gold, helping them out is fine. But remember that you are not their sponsor. You're their mentor.

AWESOME! But, you need to know a few things. ;)

If a newbie posts looking for a mentor, go ahead and take them on! However, if I see that newbie has posted but doesn't have a mentor yet, I will either:
Take them on
Or
Ping another mentor

If I don't think I can handle having another newbie, I'll pick another mentor that I think would like another mentee, and ping them. If you get a ping from me, but don't want another newbie, pass the ping along to someone else! I'll also leave a post here saying that I've pinged another Mentor.

You may do the same thing if you notice a newbie that you are unable to mentor.

If you notice that someone has posted about pinging another mentor, don't let this discourage you from accepting the Newbie. Whoever was messaged will just have to deal with it if you beat them to it! xD

This way, we are less likely to leave a Newbie unnoticed and unmentored. :) I know a lot of us forget to check up on this thread, so hopefully, this will help!

Ok, so I just logged back on after being away for a little while, and before I left, I know I was in a battle, and now im trying to finish the battle, but it keeps telling me "Battle Log too long. Reset Battle Log." WHAT DO I DOOOOO???? Please please please please please help me out with this. I am soooo confused. Thanks.

Update: if anyone else has this issue, i'd recommend contacting an admin (Krinadon) for assistance as it's probably a technical error of some kind. Alternitively you can try to flee the battle
