Another dragon named Rumor, known for her intelligence, spread her pale wings wide. "I'd like to come too," she offered. "And so would my brother, Truth."

"I shall come." Victory said, walking forward. His friend, who was older than him, walked up behind him. "I, Danger, want to too, as I can be great in earth and air combat," she said briskly, all business like.

Arrow leapt onto a high rock, half-spreading her wings. She was, quite frankly, amazed so many wanted to come.
"Let us fly now, brothers and sisters," she called. She pushed off, arrowing into the sky, propelling herself with her powerful wings.
Arrow let out a trumpeting call. "Fly!"

they came rushing towards them
but are to slow to catch up

(Arrow's gender was not mentioned, so I guess now she is a she.)
Danger flew fast, silent, and lower to the ground than most others. Victory was a bit slow since he was the youngest and newest flyer, and began falling behind; He ended up catching up and then drifting again. As they got close to the village of humans, arrows and rocks catapulted them, trying to shoot them out of the sky.

Characters(in order of mention):
Victory - Ten in dragon years, Intelligent, wounded wing; Male - captured
Arrow - Now known as Female, Bold - captured
Dart - Attractive, Female - not captured as far as I know
Hawk - Young, Male - not captured as far as I know
Dagger - Young, Male - not captured as far as I know
Ashes - male, tries to create peace with the dragon, Danger. If possible, will be the dragon rider of Danger. Brother is Akio and his brother is also the chief of the village. Age=15
Luna - female, wants Victory the dragon for her birthday. Has a dad who is a busy body. Age=15

(neutral) Human Characters -
James - The dad of Luna and Nick. Calls Luna, my little night butterfly. Age=33
Akio - The brother of Ashes. The Chief. Age=19

(bad) Human Characters -
Nick - His sister calls him Nicky so he calls her Crow and Moth, whatever he can come up with. He wants to have the dragon Rumor. Age=18
The Adults and The Village(rs) are Enemies. (I'm gunna guess.)

Truth winced at a stone that bounced off his wing. "Stupid humans," he hissed. "Should we destroy the village?"
"No little brother," Rumor said. "They are a fascinating part of an ecosystem, and we can learn much from them. Victory," she called, looking behind her. "Are you alright?"

Victory was about to answer 'yes, I am fine', when a flaming ball of hay hit him in the side. With a screech, he flew sideways into Dagger who crashed into Arrow who crashed into Truth who crashed into Rumor. Victory fell into the village, trying desperately to fly with a damaged wing, but with no avail.
(I don't know why I gave Victory up. Sorry, dragon.)

Victory screamed, a horrible, keening sound, and the humans scattered. He blasted white-hot flames at the ones who came too close.
"Help him, Rumor!" screamed Truth, before shooting down to land on the ground, and began to swipe at the humans.
Rumor didn't bother trying to be careful, only yanking the spikes from Victory's wings.
Arrow landed next to Rumor. Her dark red and orange scales gleamed in Victory's fire.
In between them, Victory was weakening. His flames were dying down, and his navy blue scales were slicked with his own blood.
The yellow-gold accents on his body were dull and his wings were limp, but he was still alive.
"Hurry, Rumor!" he rasped. He no longer felt the sting of each spike being pulled out, because the pain was beginning to pull him down into darkness.

The humans began to through heavy rocks with chains on them above the dragons, get them stuck. Thenthe tossed a bunch of nets on them
