As linked above, I assume this is the un-dyeing feature mentioned in the lup themed update forum.

Might not be a bad idea to change the wording though :P like "This themed pet has been dyed and is eligible to have the colors restored"? 'cos labelling it like a new color scheme could be a bit misleading~.
