" Alaska, what happened? " She asked again, now worrying a lot.

Alloy soon had dragged the real VIctor back to the base with all the stuff he found. " Alloy! Stop carrying like a damn child! " He shouted.

"I don't know if you know or not, but I know that I don't know." He looked down at her, shrugging innocently

"Nothing!" Alaska snapped

" I bet~ Why don't we find out then? "

" Why are you in such a sour mood? I'll just get Vic to talk to you since he is finally back anyway. " With that she walked away from the door.

Maveric just continued to smirk. "All right, you're on."

Again, silence. Alaska figured this was some scheme to draw her out of her room but she came out of her room anyway. She had a nasty gash across her right cheek

" You mean you'll be on me? "

Victor was being hugged by 3 people and looked extremely annoyed. " I was gone for TWO weeks! Why are you all hugging me?? " He whined, not noticing Alaska.

"Yes ma'am," he said. "But you've got to be on something first, preferably a bed."

Don't get me wrong, Alaska was glad to see him, overjoyed more like, but she kept her distance. She folded her arms over her chest, glaring at Victor, blood trailing it's way down her face

" I think that you should maybe lock your door first. "

Finally, they let Victor go and now he spotted Alaska and noticed she was wounded. He also noted that she looked a little upset. He walked over to her and took a cloth from his pocket, pressing it to her cheek. " How did you get hurt? " He asked softly, confused as to why they were all acting odd.

"That would probably be a good idea," Mav said, going an locking his door

Alaska stepped away from him. "I'm not going to ask how you are back from the dead. Instead, I am going to ask this," and then he raised the volume of her voice from calm to you better have a good answer, "TWO WEEKS? No, Alaska, I'll only be one week. I'll be back soon, I promise. And then you make me suffer for a week! And not just me, but everyone else, too! We found your corpse and yet here you are! Care to explain?"

" Now.. why don't you come over here and show me some things I might now know. " She said sitting on his bed.

Victor looked very confused, but he sighed and started to speak. " I ain't have a clue how you found my body when I haven't been near the base till Alloy came and found me near the place we first met. Second, I got very lost looking for the stuff I needed to find and got very wounded so I couldn't travel fast. I tried to be here as fast as I could be... I didn't mean ta make ya suffer darlin'. But to answer yer question, I never died. No idea who ya found. "

"Actually, I was gonna wait a while," he said, smirking

Alaska just glared at him, not saying anything else. She clenched her jaw slightly, an it looked like she isn't really like the answer he gave her. Well, either that or whatever he had went out for had better be worth it. If not...
