My favorite OC, and the one I play with the most, is a tiefling (crossbreed between demon and human) named Ea, she is also in her 20s. Ea is mostly indifferent to her surroundings, but can get extremely angry if something happens that triggers her. She is naturally suspicious of people because of her heritage and does not make friends very easily. She gets her magic from a demon who allows her to use it in exchange for her doings its bidding. These powers include things like influencing people to do things, holding them in midair, magically detecting things and other stuff, if you want a full list I can give that to you.
If Ea does not sound right, I have a few other OCs I could use.

Ea sounds like she'll get along with Daniel just fine. I see a few great points for them to rub each other the wrong way, just like everyone should occasionally, right? I can also think of a couple ways for them to meet up, if you want any suggestions, and I'm also open to hear what you've got in mind.

And possibly the biggest question of all: What will our plot be?

I think the best way to start off would be that the Keep they were both living in got overrun, and they both left the Keep on the same wagon, and that is where they start talking. Would it also be okay if I later brought in another OC that I usually pair with Ea?

That sounds fine. I'm okay if you bring in another OC, I can play any random characters like passersby who might have to say a few lines here and there unless you want to. And maybe the main story can be about them trying to defeat the demon controlling Ea?

That would be great! The main storyline idea is good too, is there anything related to the plot that should happen to Daniel?

Other than all the bad (and good) things that could possibly happen to him while helping a powerful half-demon free herself from an even more powerful demon, the only thing that comes to mind is that maybe his family was taken as slaves somewhere, by Ea under the demon's control perhaps, and he's trying to find and free them.

I havent done a 1x1 in a while. I would love it if we could do one together. I am not a huge fan of roleplaying as canon characters from books, movies, tv shows or otherwise and if we do a roleplay set in a world like such, I really prefer that canon characters be more off to the side so our own characters can be the main focus. I can create new characters or use ones I have already made. I only have 4 pre-exsisting characters that I might use for a 1x1 roleplay. Two I have drawn and the other two I only have written descriptions for. Every once and a while I may be a little lacking inspiration and my posts will be shortish, especially if the roleplay reaches a slow moment. Normally though, I can write at least a small paragraph. Sometimes a majority of my post will be my character talking. Apostrophes and quotation marks do not show up on my posts. They disappear as soon as I post. When my character is talking, I change the font color, like this.

That sounds good! Should we do the RP in PM or on a forum?

I would much prefer to do it in a forum thread. Do you want me to set it up, or do you want to?

The two OCs I have are both originally Marvel OCs, but they can be adapted to whatever situation we put them in. I do enjoy playing a canon character as a main, though I don't have to. If we do both play as OCs, I would prefer that it not be in a specific fandom just to keep it less confusing. I'm not a huge stickler for length as long as there's something to work with in the post, there's just usually more to work with when it's longer. And as long as your post isn't one big spelling/grammar error, I'm not too picky on that either. Font color will take a little getting used to as I've never had it in a roleplay before, but it should be fine. :)
