Good morning everyone! I hope you all have had a FANTASTIC day so far! I appologize for the slight delay in getting the winners up, I once again was interrupted by the way of life! The next Design Contest prompt is already up, so if you would like to enter don't forget to check it out! Enough of my nonsense, here are the winners of the Valentine Carnival's first Design Contest. . .
This design is absolutely stunning! One of my favourite colour combinations is most definitely magenta and white, and you weaved that combination into your design wonderfully. I love the dark raspberry against the bright hues! It makes this yummy critter pop. My favourite detail to this whole design is most definitely the white speckles on the Aeri's tail. Congratulations and fantastic job!

~ 2nd ~ Aerimistress White Chocolate Blueberry Lupora
These Luporas look absolutely delicious! I love the creamy white that you used under the soft blues in the design. Adding the slight orange hue to the white really made it look like a piece of chocolate. The ribbons decorating this cute critter makes an appearance of the white chocolate melting and I really enjoy that. Congratulations and amazing job!

Holycheesemonkeys Dark Chocolate Mint Zolnixi
Though this design is simple, I truly love the colours brought to life here. The dark rich green twirls together wonderfully with the light, almost pastel, shades of mint green. With the wings chosen to decorate these little treats, I find an extra amount of enjoyment in the white fade into green; it adds some special flavour. Congratulations and great work!

Earth And Sky
This is one that i find ironic since Gia(Greek earth goddess) pretty much told her sons to murder Oruanous(Greek Sky God).But it's something that everyone is like,"The earth loves the sky" and in egyptian mythology Geb(Earth) and Nut(Sky) live each other...it's one of those a weird ones.But usually people see earth as mother nature so.
I love you to the moon and back
I love this saying and i was having a bit of trouble makin it two different ones.But i ended up with the
moon and a lava-esq colored one that i also see as a maiden trapped on earth who loves the moon.So silly of me but yeah
Hades and Persphone
A very common greek couple that i'm assuming learned to love each other over time...even tho Perphosne is Hades Niece it's a okay thing,spring and death..For Perphobe i actually went full on pomegranate since that's something in her garden that i love,but i also wanted her to look sorta cheery without being cheery.
