Your attention seems to be drawn to your left. The path in that direction is small and thin, but you think that you see it open a few metres down. This path seems to be pulling you towards it, but your not sure if it is safe.

I know I probably shouldnt continue, but I feel as though the other paths are just as strange. Slowly and with extra cautiousness, I continue to walk.
You started forward through the trail, slow and careful. The white slowly defined looking more and more like branches rather than snow. The trees sways in a rhythmic pattern that seemed to lull you closer and closer to them. The forest sounds like it's whispering to you...

You shuffle over next to Soul and sit down on the couch next to her. She moves her tail to curl it around her body and huffs softly. The different skulls shift around, growling softly. One that look reminiscent of a deer skull suddenly lit on fire making you jump back in fright. It tipped it's head down before moving towards you and nudging your shoulder softly.
Felix Burst into the room again, the flaming lion to his right and the bright dragon Admiral to the left. He seemed happy.
"Hope! Here you go, your rooms up the hall and on the left! Room #24. Soul hasn't been bothering you has she?"
You shook your head and left for the room you were told was yours for the night. Felix was talking to something in the room you were just in, supposedly his dragons.
You continue forward quickly becoming surrounded by white trees. They just seemed to appear around you. What looked like glitter fell from the trees landing on the black ground before disappearing completely like it were snow.

Why are you here?
You stare at the trees in awe. They were talking!

I stop and look at the trees. Who is she? Who are you, for that matter? I ask, as placidly as possible.
She smiles again and laughs. Your starting to wonder if she just enjoys laughing or you might still be missing a supposedly very obvious joke. As she finishes laughing she looks off into the distance.
"Honey, while I admire your bravery, these tree can be less than welcoming. However, have you ever heard the saying 'Curiosity killed the cat'?"
You nod, not really following where she was going with this. The trees didn't seem dangerous neither did this woman seem dangerous, but they all did admit a dark aura.
"Well, these trees have killed hundreds of travellers just like you. You were lucky enough to run into a balanced tree!"

Half frightened, half curious(wow I am really curious) I ask what a Balanced Tree is...
(What is 7CAABF supposed to mean?
Edit: is it a colour?)
