Taeri sensed a tickle at the back of hir mind, like an especially strong thought very close by. When shi tried to listen in, it was over.

Crow

"Daggers aren't the best weapon out there. Oh? Accidentally have them fall on someone? The odds on that are quite slim. The person would probably scream you know. You're being just as loud as everyone else here with your shushing." Crow met his eyes before he went disappeared form view again. Crow had a feeling he might not get on too well with Nicote. Might cause some problems if they argued. Eh, he was just here for the reward. Nothing else mattered.
(Lol these two might argue all the time at this point XD)

(they probably will lol but some conflict isn't too bad;D)

As he was entranced by Astrana, Nicote's dagger slipped and cut his wrist a bit, snapping him out of it. He cursed under his breath, picked up his dagger, and glanced over at where Crow was standing. He chuckled to himself. Daggers, not the best weapen? These weren't just daggers.....but Nicote wasn't going to tell that to the guy who'd insulted him. He slipped through the shadows until he was at the other side of the group, then reappeared next to Saria.

She frowned her sharp ears picking up on the noise. She turned around nuzzling the bird one last time before turning around. She could see the path Nicote was taking in the shadows and she smiled too herself. Looks like that's something I can do with my light powers. See those hiding in the shadows.

She shrugged and kept watching looking at how Saria would react.

"If you think you can spook me," Saria said without looking at Nicote, "You are sorely mistaken."
Taeri giggled at hir twin's words, and put a wing around Saria, pulling hir close in a sisterly embrace.

Nicote smirked. "Who said anything about spooking you?"

Astrana smiled and walked closer with a smile. "No one, because you're not very good at spooking people."
