Newt sighed. "U can have nicky confirm it when he comes round. But if u want proof....I have the same daggers." He said, showing them.

Newt puleed out his daggers, flipping them into blades of earth and air. "Guy who made these made them a set: fire and ice, earth and air. I still think I got the lousier half (like I usually do) but oh well, since Nicky won't trade. Oh and Healergirl, I wouldn't call myself not a threat....I'm about as gentle as a lion."
He glanced at the stone by Taeri's shoulder. "Might want to detacth urself from that thing too-it's known to possess. At least that's what the Stone of joy did...took me a week to get Nicky out of it."

(He dodged the fear attack-it hit a tree)


He glanced at Dexion. "Hey....haven't I seen you before? Pretty sure I have....think it was the caf in Lovewood?"

Nicote remained unconscious as he has for the last 3-4 pages. (Gonna wake him soon, wait till u hear these guys squabble!)

(Oooo can't wait)

She tried to surpress a laugh but it came out anyway. "You call Nicote Nicky?" She said through giggles.

Taeri's eyes returned to normal, and shi said, "I am an archmagess. It is well within my ability to control it. But I won't control it, per se. We are each autonomous, but I have more control. It feeds off my magical energy, and I have access to its vast assortment of spells. We are partners, just as myself and my twin are partners."

The elf looked at him a moment trying to put some form of familiarity to the man. After all he himself tended to stand out in the mind of others for some reason or another. "Was that what that place was called? I'm sorry a lot has happened since then, how exactly do I know you?"

Newt smirked. "Nicky hates called anything but his full name-same for others. But I think I have authority to call him whatever I please. ANd so far he hasn't run his dagger into me yet, so he's pretty much accepted it." He glanced at Dexion. "As for you, Mr. Whiteelf, I'm 70% sure it was you in the caf ordering whatever-its-called and getting annoyed with a waitress. Either it was you or another dude who looked like you."

He wrinkled his nose at the sudden name calling. "It's Dexion, and I highly doubt anyone looks like me." He said making a motion to outline the tattoo that covered his face. "I'm kind of hard to miss." Once again he looked down as he started to think. "The only reason I got mad at her was because she called me names, and she was making fun of me. I hate it when people make fun of me."

"Don't we all," Taeri said, agreeing.

Newt grinned. "Ahha! So it WAS you-you admitted it!"


Nicote started to stir. Newt suddenly looked worried. "I gotta hide-I'm not supposed to be here, I'm supposed to be in Derminox finding the Stone of Love! If Nicky sees me now he'll probably go crazy-if you guys tell him I'm here, let him down gently." he warned before diving into a nearby stream.


Nicote blinked and sat up, Astra's hand still on him. "Did I miss anything?" he asked groggily.

"You have no idea," Taeri said, before gripping Astra's forearm and pulling her forward, having noted that Nicote seemed to like her, "I'll let Astra tell you."
