Finally, Launiana thought as the carriage reached the entrance. Gathering herself, she stepped out of the carriage gracefully, and swept into the palace, straight to the main hall.

The prince looked over at Maveric. "Watch and learn." The prince said, waving over some maids. They dragged Clove into a nearby guest room, changing her into a fancy dress. After dragging her back out. Kuna grabbed her arm and walked over to Launiana.

Being dragged over to someone, she heard Kuna whispered "Act natural." They walked over to someone and Kuna started talking. "Hello M'lady, my name is Prince Kuna. This is Evalyn, she's from a noble family up North. Pleasure to meet you." Kuna said. Clove panicked a little, this wasn't supposed to happen.

"I'm Lady Launiana. Was Evelyn ennobled, or is an Irregular a royal?" Launiana asked, baiting the hook.
(She's heard of Clove's abilities. This isn't the first time she's been to a royal banquet.)
