I'll look in the forest, there are tons of plants there... maybe some of them are the ones I'm looking for?

You run into the forest, straight to where you think the soldiers are, screaming. The rebels hear you, and some of them start to quietly head back home. However, when the soldiers loudly try to chase after you. The rebels slip away quietly into the night. You try to hide, but there are too many. You see a cave. Do you go inside?

Please read the first post more carefully.

You start off to the forest, thinking most of the herbs will be found there. It's light out, so you can find your way through the woods easily. You see a familiar plant, similar to what the healer told you about. However, she warned you that there is a similar plant that is extremely deadly.

"do you have any clue where she could be?"

You step inside the cave, and find a purplish eggling. The soldiers are close behind you. Do you pick up the eggling and risk it slowing you down, or continue on?

"She was on a mission investigating a man named Elliot Ruytli. He's extremely dangerous, and we're not sure she was fully aware of the dangers. She may have been overconfident in her abilities. You should start in Sirital." Sarisajt glances at the man next to her. You realize he is the only man in the room.
"Take Kajelia with you. She's a tracker." The man says.
"Rytre, you know Kaj is too young to go on missions." Sarisajt protests.
"Sari, she's our daughter. She is more than strong enough. And Hanna is your daughter as well."
"Fine. Kajelia!" She turns looks at you. "If you return, it better be with both of my daughters."
Kajelia comes up to you. "Mom? You called?"
"You're to go with Hoooowlers to find Hanna. If anything happens, blame your father and possibly your godmother." Sari says. She dismisses you and Kajelia.
"Can you please fill me in?" Kajelia says as you leave.

Take the egg and hide somewhere in a crack or something

Here's the egg. You hide in a separate tunnel, and sigh in relief when they pass by you. When you emerge, you realize you are lost. There is a cave to the left, to the right, and behind you. Which do you go down?
