You have to follow the tutorial. What is Jinxie telling you to do now? Is the map unlocked for you? You should only have access to one part of the map for now.

Buying diamonds with real money is one way to get them. The other would be to save up gold and buy diamonds from other players on the currency exchange. Prices fluctuate, but are usually around 2.5k gold per diamond, so you'll have to save up quite some gold.
one-time use test are only given the first time you join, and cannot be found from other satchels.

How are you suppose to upload images that don't have URLs/ were created via off-line means? I have a Ny'vene revamp drawing and can't get it to the dialoge box.

you'll have to upload the image on to an image loading site like imgur or photobucket, which will generate a link for the image. Then you can post the image on this site.

I sent my pet on a mission and after and hour it came back and the mission was successful. But after that I went to go into Trollsblight Cave and it keeps saying I need an active pet and you can make it active by viewing its profile page. I've been searching all over the website for the profile page and i can't find it. Can you please tell me how to find it.

You can go to Account>Stables and click on the name of the pet you want to make active (it should be a blue link).

Thank you for answering my question. But I clicked on Account went to Stables and I only have one pet so I went into stall 1, clicked my pet's name above the pet and it took me to what I guess is the profile page. So I was like oh sweet cool and I went to Trollsblight Cave and it still says that my pet is not active. I don't know what to do now. Please can someone help me.

At the pet profile page, you have to click "add to party".
Alternatively, you can go to explore > party, and press the green plus button to add your pet/s to your party.
