A Penguin probably doesn't count as Summer time, but would it still be ok in my entry?
(I'm planning to have my Entry as a Tank Top & Shorts)
We leave it up to the players to decide what they feel meets the criteria. But obviously, you'd have a higher chance of having your designs get selected the closer they are to the requested theme.

*The black background doesn't have to be part of the wings, it's there to show the shape they should be and make them visible. I'm imagining it more like the swirling snow, where the stars and lines are white, and there's a glow colour around them and another along the lines.
