Goomy - lots of other people have made all-white starters. You can display yours, too. You won't be alone ;)
Mine's Thorne. I had an obsession with dragons when I made her, and I still do. She's still first in my stables and on my team, and I've never had her up for breeding. Sorta obvious, but she has Leaf Veins and Dragon Wings.
ALSO: A lot of people seem to have made Zolnixies for their starters. What's up with that?

Nixi has been a long-time favourite for most of Sylestia. Among other things, the original artist for the starter species really *only* liked foxes, so they had the best art to begin with. Sylvorpa and Aurleon have both undergone multiple revamps, whereas the other species from that timeframe have gone through just the one to make them easier to design new genes/muts for.
For reference, this was a display of new genes back in 2013 - just before the first revamp of any of the pets (male sylvorpa was revamped on its own, and shortly after, the aurleons were as well.) https://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=1016

Cleopatra; I wanted to make her a phoenix at first but it did not work well so I did random colors and she reminded me of Cleopatra.

Her name is Xande, I had trouble with names at the time so I used a random name generator!

This is my starter.
When i made her, i was in this funny-ish mood. So i was like:
Oh! Lets make a starter.. Hmmm.. A horse! I dont like horses but why not :D How do i do these colors... *Clicks random button* This will do! And genes and mutations.. What? Oh mutations are cool i guess.. LEts only do mutation. I mean who wants weird markings if they can have wings? Sooo... Whats visible and stuff? Wait.. I CAN NOT SEE THE WINGS?! Screw that, make em visible! OH! A name... I could give her a majestic pretty name like everyone does.. But lets call her TURBO
