Confused and slightly concerned, I decide I'll try again tomorrow. Something just isn't right. I'll get Branch to work alongside me as he showed that he could track that deer heard with ease before. Maybe he, being a dragon, will also know where nesting sites are likely located.

Just now, it's late. Me and Branch will head back to the oak tree and sleep, before setting out nest hunting in the morning.

"they vanished into a void of sorts, a void of nothing. I'll head out again and try to get in and finish it from the inside, but Jester has been flying all day. I'd like to give him a rest. And perhaps bring some guard dragons to flank encase any don't go back in"
