just to make sure there is no way that pets that get auto-released are going to add to the bonus right?
you have to releas them by hand (and will for exeple fabled pets give a higer count then non-fabled?)

Correct. Pets auto-released would not qualify as they would not be 42 Days of Age by the time that they are auto-released.

And at this time, all Pets released will count equally.

This sounds like a fun idea. :D I've been procrastinating clearing out unwanted pets from my stables. This might finally be a good excuse to release them and clean it out. (When the time comes, of course)

The only pets i have found for sale are 100g plus right now. any and all pets for sale lower then that are clearing out in an instant. This is going to be good for the economy here. More pets being in the wild means less unwanted pets in stables, hatcheries, ect. ^^

I love the idea Krin! It's a good incentive to release unwanted pets without them being wasted. As someone who does a lot of breeding projects I do a mass release at the end of my projects. This gives me an incentive to breed carefully so I can finish sooner and get the bonus for releasing the ones I don't need anymore.
