So I'm not sure why, but nothing on my list has updated, at all, I mean I did the Haunted House 3x prior to the list and I've had contest pouches and ToTing has been done and everything but everything on my list says zero. Please help!

Krin, have you had a chance to run the retroactive points yet? If so, it's not working for me. I completed several of the tasks prior to the release of the task list and haven't been credited for them. If the retroactive points just haven't been added yet, though, no worries ^.^

Hey Krin, Just want to say I'm really enjoying the task list! And I hope we have it in all the fests to come^.^
I did however get a little confused about the reward pouches, I received one from the lup board, but it never checked off my task list, I think I was like 750 kills / 1000 though before it started tallying to the tasks does that make a difference as to why it wouldent check off? Because I noticed It doesn't add in my kills and pouches I already received before its implementation ( Which i think would be really hard if not impossible to implement on your end of things) but I was just curious ^.^

Same question/issue as quoted above.

I just checked my task list and it showed I had around 650/1000 times trick or treating as visitor, and then checked again after a few minutes of trick or treating to see my progress now at 100/1000.... this is clearly a bug but I'm very confused and hurt as a new player, I'm trying so hard to succeed at this, which is my first event since joining the game, and this massive setback is honestly kind of turning me off the whole site :\ can this please be fixed, please? I just wanted to get my handfuls of candy and make some progress towards the catalyst prize... :(

The Festival Task List is a brand new feature - we have never done such a thing before. It's quite complicated coding wise because it spans across many different pages and features of Sylestia using just one global function page. This causes all sorts of coding nightmares.

As is unfortunately expected of such features, there are going to be some bugs and mishaps while everything is ironed out. Fortunately, I am very vigilant about fixing bugs and fix them literally the second I am able to and have spent the entire night monitoring for issues and correcting them as quickly as I can. I believe that, at this time, almost everything should be just about completely ironed out.

For the specific issue you mentioned, that happened due to a discrepancy between how "Visitors" is/was being tracked. I just finished retroactively updating everyone's Task Lists with things they have done prior to the Task List being released. For "Visitors", I initially used the Trick or Treating stats to update. However, Trick or Treating Visitor stats only track when the Host answers. Whereas the live Task List counts just simply visiting. As such, you saw a decrease when this script was ran.

I have gone through and reparsed that Task and the numbers should now be properly in sync.

There is also still 3+ weeks left of the Festival. You will have no trouble reaching 1000 Visits in Trick or Treating. =)

All Task Lists should now have been retroactively updated for the Tasks that I originally listed.

I made a slight mistake w/ the 'Brew all Majestic Catalysts' Tasks and a couple of players may have erroneously had that completed for them. However, undo'ing that would just cause more issues than it'd fix and those players will most likely have completed the Task anyway before the end of the Festival, so don't worry about it if you were one of those players. =P It was literally only like 3 of you.

I have also ironed out a bunch of bugs throughout the night and I feel pretty confident that everything should run pretty smoothly from here on out.
