this is awesome!!! though I worry that it would turn out like the iridescent gems for the bulbs, but with certain colors this trait would be awesome!

Frosted Medusa Tails

Three snake tails with frost spikes coming from the top of their heads

Maybe a jingle bells trait for the morkko?


And maybe a Lace Wing mutation for the Ny'venes? I guess if genes needed to be visible the wings could only be lace near the bottoms? (Please excuse the quality, gimp did strange things to this one. ^.^')


And maybe a fur ruff for the Draeyl?

As per usual, my apologies for the quality of these (I really need to get something other than paint one of these days).

Griffi: Barring, G2

Lots of birds have this type of wing marking, and I thought it'd look really cool on the Griffi, especially with some of the striped tail mutations. I think there's a way it could work with the Manticore Wings too, though I didn't draw that.

Zolnixi: Genet, G2

Based off a kind of obscure animal called a genet. The big spots are supposed to be in three lines. If a second color was wanted for this trait, some of the pictures I used for reference seemed to show rosettes rather than spots, which would make a nice alternative. Please ignore the two gray lines, those were added just so you could still see the back leg against the tail stripes.

Qitari: Icicle Wings, M3

Wings to go with the Icicle Mane. I left them see-through on purpose, but they could also be opaque. The blue is just intended to show the "crystal" nature of the ice. The sparkles are entirely optionally and were added for fun.

Morkko: Spirit Flames/Will O' Wisp/Ghost Lights, M3

I thought the Morkko should get a spirit flame type mutation, but since they're forest protectors, I thought maybe making them more like will o' wisps would be better.


Vulnyx: Socks/Socks and Bib, G2

Based off the markings of a friend's cat.

Aurleon: Star Runes, G3

Meant to be an Aurleon version of the Star Runes that species like the Zolnixi have. I can't draw them very well, but I hope you get the idea.....

Puffadore: Holly Armor/Holly Trappings/Holly Wrap/Evergreen Wrap, M1

This should probably be multiple mutations, but I wanted to draw the whole thing. Names are interchangeable. This would use three colors; I marked the picture with which color slot I thought corresponded best to each part.

Sylvorpa: Ice Wings/Crystal Wings, M2

Pretty self-explanatory, the wings are meant to look like ice crystals. Or just crystals. Either one.

Luffox: Tribal Runes/Totemic Runes/Arcanic Runes/Geometric Runes, G3

Just a little attempt to give the Luffs some non-circular/tribal-style runes.
