"Oh, no, you don't!" the crocodile protested. Fast as lightning, he struck Ellitt's side, and then turned on you as Ellitt fell to the ground.

Triumph sang through his veins as Malak's scimitar found its mark. It did not go deep though and Malak prepared himself for another pass. That was when he watched in horror as Elysetta sprang forward and grabbed the beast, holding it fast by its tail as those fangs that had just been in his arm sank deep into her shoulder.
Despite wrenching feeling in his gut, Malak did not need to be told twice to attempt a killing strike. He swung his scimitar hard at an angle, the blade whistling through the air towards the beast's throat.

The beast, distracted by trying to attack Elysetta again, didn't see your scimitar coming. Your weapon found its mark, and the creature fell to the ground, dead. Elysetta marched over to you and slapped you across your face. "Don't you EVER patronize me like that again!" she shouted.

The crocodile grinned at you. "I know. I just want to have some fun," he hissed. The wound in Ellitt's side was oozing blood very quickly.

Stunned Emily hit the ground hard. Wincing as she reach for her weapon she notched and arrow and was ready to shot the crocodile
