Ooooh. Well my character's minor powers are from his claws, and are used in battle.

No, it's still not right. Look at all the powers (they have three types at most) You're mistaking minor for dormant. Here is my character's:

Major Power: Basic wind control, she can control blasts of wind in specific directions.
Minor Powers: Flight, Enhanced Speed.
Dormant Power: Super Sonic, she can create a frequency so high pitched people surrounding her drop their weapons and fall to their knees. (10 foot radius)
DP Circumstance: When she is looked down upon or disrespected majorly. This also happens if someone insults her friends or family. (Like, really, really, badly insults)

Good, you just need to fix the DP circumstance- what makes him do the soul stealer? Is it when he's about to die? When his friend is about to die? Things like that.
