(Everyone starts by arriving at the Academy)

She saw light. It was beautiful, a bright blur of gold in the sky. It beckoned her as she felt faint. What's wrong with me? Am I... dead? Her eyes closed.

When the blinding light was gone, she felt her eyes crack open the slightest bit. Getting to her feet, she looked around, glad that the rays were gone.

What she saw was extraordinary; she was in what looked like a meadow. Rolling hills, laden with flowers, and a huge castle that was in front of her.

Right. The castle. It consisted of ten or so towers protruding from a black and grey building. Vines adorned the side of the building, and upon closer examination, she noticed blue and white flags on top of each spire. A sign was in front of the great building, labeled:

Afterlife Academy!
Welcome all souls!

Am I going mad? She blinked in surprise as she attempted to read the sign once more.

"Ahah! So pretty!" Chi beamed out loud. "And I'm not in that sticky hospital gown- I can breathe again!" She cheered.

She heard the girl, and her head snapped toward her. At once, she rushed over. "Who are you? Where am I? What happened to the... the... murderer?"

The first thing he noticed was the fact that the pain was gone, he was free at last! Had-had the medicine finally worked? Slowly he opened his eyes to find that he was now in meadow. "W-what? Where am I?" He asked running a hand through his hair. Wait...he had hair! All his life he hadn't had hair! It was amazing! Happily he ran his other hand through the hair again and again before he noticed the girl. "Excuse me...do you know where we are ma'am?" He asked.

Chloe Wolff looked around in amazement. She looked at the fields and thought I died?She vaguely remembered the dogfight. She stood up and brushed off her clothes and straightened her beanie. She tied her Nikes and walked over to the sign. Her blue eyes read it and then a look of confusion crossed her face. She had not noticed the guy talking to her.

The last thing Zachary Feeter remembered was cold water and his head hitting a rock. He felt his clothes and realized they were dry. His jeans and hoodie were soft and comfortable and his hair was dry as well. His took in every sight with his green eyes. He saw Chloe, one of his lifelong friends, and wondered How did Chlo die? He got up and gazed at the sign, "What?"

"I have no clue! But clearly it's a miracle working plaaaace!" She said happily

She spun to see the other figure, this time a teenage boy around her age. "Huh? No, I'm afraid I don't.... I was just... I... What?" She was still confused. "The murderer, he stabbed me."

"Lucky. At least you didn't have to die cause of your own family's ignorance"

"Murderer? B-but we were just at the hospital, or atleast I was. I don't think there was a murderer there."
