"Doctor, all the experiments have safely been locked up back in their rooms, we'll have other employees monitoring the effects" a nurse said to a man at his desk, who gave a curt nod in response. "Very good, let me know if anything goes-" he was cut off by a sudden loss of power in the building, moments later, a man came bursting through the door. "Both generators have been completely overworked, it'll take us a few hours to get everything repaired" he announced

"Nnn... where am I..?" Yami asked nobody in particular

"H-hello...? Serenity called out weakly as she woke up, feeling strange

(Polar bear?)
"Where are you?" She asked, hearing the voice

"I... I don't know" She said, standing up from the bed in what appeared to be a cell. She went over to the barred, door, surprised when she found that it opened easily, and how easy it was to open it. She was a little startled seeing how pale her skin had... wait. She felt her skin, noticing it felt more furry, and discovered her arms were covered in a thick but short coat of white fur, and her skin had become much darker underneath. She examined her fingertips, her well kept nails had turned into sharp claws. She took a shaky breath as she stepped out.

"Are you in a cell too? My door wasn't-" She was cut off by someone trying to grab her, and another person attempting to stick a syringe full of what she assumed to be a sedative inside. She roared, an instinct she didn't know she had kicking in, she twisted her had, biting the one grabbing her in the neck with her incredibly sharp teeth, flipping him into the other guy with her newfound strength.

"Loud..." Yami muttered, then darted under one, tripping him

After taking out the two people, Serenity looked over her body again. "W-what's going on... why do I... look like this?" She said, her voice high pitched "I... roared? I'm not an animal... of my gosh am I turning into one?" She squeaked scardly

"Not sure.." she muttered. Her build felt a lot stockier, and, dear lord was that a tail? "I know this may sound really weird, but do I have a tail?"

"Eh?" I blinked and rubbed my eyes, very confused. "Wha-what happened?"

"A tail? I don't think that's possi- oh my gosh you have a tail" Serenity gasped
