The Mycronid event I participated in at 2PM had only one wave of 150 followed the boss. I don't know if this is a bug or not but I thought I should report it in case it is.

I'm pretty sure that's how the event is supposed to run.

Yep. It's just a 'Rare' mission, so it isn't as length as the 'Epic' ones.
In the future, we will have more 'Rare' and some 'Uncommon' ones as well.
And when we do long-term site-wide events, they will be 'Legendary'.
