Damn it, now I feel underdressed :P

Diana hurried down the stairs in her dress, only wearing the dress and simple necklace on lace white flats. She slung a cross-body purse over her shoulder. She left the house, hurrying over to the one across the street.

She rung the doorbell. "Kaci? We have to go to Azura's house too.."

Kaci quickly tossed her art stuff and put her hair down. "Oh, I invited Azura over here, I didn't realize we were going to her house" Kaci said calmly, grabbing some heals.

"Oh, okay, that works. Everything was set up at the forest, and tonight they're picking Summer Princess, King, Queen, and Prince!" She squealed. "I hope they vote for me as Princess, but it's fine if anyone else wins too. It'll most likely be Daphne Everlight for Princess- she's super nice and she's cheerleading captain!" The girl realized she was rambling and cut it short.

"Well, can you believe we'll be Seniors next year?" She helped Kacita grab the stuff for the performance.

She texted Azura:
Are you driving? Kaci told me you'd be coming over to her place

"Well, I plan on winning King, because I rule everything" Kacita said boldly and jokingly, brushing her light blue dyed hair. it had started to grow out, so her naturally blonde hair was starting to show. "I'm thinking of letting my natural color grow out again, and letting the blue fade out, what do you think?" Kaci asked, brushing her long hair so it looked flatter.

"Though I would love to win Queen, and since I won council president, that means enough people like me to vote for me, right?" She questioned, walking to the bathroom and grabbing her contact case, putting them in a small handbag.

Sure Kaci, heading ur way now!

She picked up her bag walked over to Kacita's

Azura knocked on the door of Kacita's hous

"Diana? Kaci?"

"Want any chips? We have salt&vin, BBQ, SC&O, and normal if you want any of those" Kacita offered as she put on some lipstick and some blush, as well as a little bit of mascara, but not enough makeup to look overdone.

"Sure." Azura took a small handful of salt&vinegar chips.

She took out her phone and searched fo r a picture: "Guys, I was looking and I found this cute lantern, I think it would make a great decoration." She held up her phone for everyone to see;

"Wow! pretty! where did you find it?" Kaci asked, admiring the beautiful star. "Anyways, want to leave a little early? Maybe we could walk around in the forest a bit, there's this creek that's a great place for pictures" Kacita told her friends.

"Would love to! Anyway, we'll steal the show." Diana laughed. "And, yeah, Kaci, the blonde looks really cool with the blue!"
