I've been playing sylestia for almost 2 years and did not know that there was a leaderboard and that we could challenge other players. How do you do this? I also how do we join with others to fight?

The original leaderboards have long been disabled, if that's what you're asking about.

Not entirely decided yet, but I can say that they will not appear as wild pets. However, they may have other means of being obtained.

Ah, okay. Thanks! I figured that there might be a way to obtain them, but I had the sneaking suspicion that they would not be able to be encountered like most of the other species. Just making sure, though :)

Im sure it has been asked and addressed but since I only have been popping in and out lately I am curious about the MegaZone Theme Pet boxes that were available to buy like a year ago that has been in my inventory since...Those are still going to be able to be opened when the zone opens...and if memory serves me they were exclusive pets during that purchase time? I don't recall tho it has been so long. :(

They've never really been announced what specifically is in them and we probably won't until the new species is finalized and we know everything in regards to all of that.
But, they will contain the new species (obviously), some sort of Themed variant of it, possible multiple ones per box, and possibly restricted traits on them as well - or some sort of mix of all of that.
As soon as we know, we will be sure to announce to everyone.
