Is there a name and finished art for the new species yet? I've been on hiatus
They do have a name, but we can't share it until it's time to release them.
And we haven't shared any new art, but one of the threads linked at the beginning here should of had the original posted art of them, which is 'their finished' version.

Wait wait hold on what? So when the game is no longer beta does that mean these new pets are no longer attainable and that there is no way to get any of the stuff that was in the megazone?

That is correct. We obviously reserve the right to re-release any of that content as we see fit, but in general, yes, it will all be exclusive to the MegaZone.
