All right, members, I've come up with a theme for our first design contest! A theme appropriate for summer:
Fruit Faelora!
Summer always makes me want fruit and fruit salads, and tropical fruits are especially fitting. Faeloras are suited to this, too, being plant-inspired Sylesties.
Feel free to get creative and make designs inspired by exotic and unusual fruit!
Designs can be any number of traits. You can enter 2 designs each. Winner will be decided by vote. Deadline to be determined; probably July 24-25.
Now, about prizes--I don't really know what to offer, but I had a few ideas: a regular Faelora essence, or a free Faelora breeding. I kind of assume whoever offers the prize can't really enter themselves... If somebody wants to offer some prize ideas, or the prize itself, please ping me!

I went ahead and did my favorite fruit: blueberries! :3
For prizes - I guess I already entered, lol, but ... I don't mind opening up my stables for breeding. Or I can breed a couple eggs to be used as prizes. Or I have a 4vis fae project that could be used also. Just feel free to PM me if you find yourself in need of a prize ^-^

I have no idea about prizes to be honest, but I love the idea for a design contest :)

Thanks for the offer! As long as we have more than one person that can offer breedings or offspring, the prize and the entering thing will work out as there, will always be a backup. And I like your blueberry Fae!

Decided to try doing one on dragonfruit. I think the gene 1 and 2 look better together on the male though.
