These are my main battle party - my Tank is attuned to Earth and the other 2 are attuned to Air

All are at Level 60 and have the best equipment that I could afford (off of the trade exchange).

Any ideas of how I should change how they are attuned? Position?

Unsurprising, you don't wear the right gear sets and your pets are all attuned to health. You lack strength in your damage dealers!
Earth pet should wear a full set of level-appropiate Assassin gear, epic or legendary.
Air pets should wear a full set of Myrmidon gear, appropiate for their level and epic or higher.
Reset your pets proficiency points, and set them as follows:
Earth: 1 Health, 2 Agility
Air: 2 Strength and 1 Dexterity

That should help. If you lack survivability then, swap the element of one of the air pets for Light and get it a set of Illusionist gear instead.

You may also want to consider switching your earth tank to shadow. I know I have to constantly throw potions at my earth tank, while my shadow I rarely have to heal even though my earth tank has slightly better gear. It would mean getting different gear, though (illusionist).

The fighting is my least favorite part of the game, but I managed to slog through it so I'm sure you'll get through as well. In the mean time, save up for some higher stat pets. They make fighting a who lot easier. :-)

The earth tank was a member's idea to help me get through the Forgotten Tomb without having to get new gear - all three were attuned to air at the time. I guess it is time to make the change as that was his original idea but I would need to get new gear (as what was already suggested in the thread).

I can second the recommendation of swapping Earth out for Shadow :D Just thought I should help you with your current set up first.
If you decide to used a Shadow tank instead, get another set of Illusionist gear for it!
1 Health 2 Agility would be a good proficiency build for that one.

So for My Tank I need Illusionist Gear...Got it - another recommendation confirmed for the megazone when it is completed.
