Her mind transfer skill can only be used from certain locations inside the facility. her mind is protected with layers of impenetrable firewalls

Personality: Mostly emotionless, Quiet, sticks to her duties, persistant.

Extra: Is talon's appearance 707 fanart? It looks insanely similar. The lab created her to counter any cyber attacks, she does her job very well

Are Gligar and Gliscor valid base Pokmon for the hybrids?

I'd assume so, yeah.

How farfetched would it be to have one of our characters to be able to fly or glide? One fly like the Marvel Superheroine, "The Wasp" and the other glide like "Batman". And could we do "Pokmon Superheroes" and "Pokmon Phantom Thieves"? Both being hybrids of course.
