@Kinuna,

You wake up to realize you kingdom is under attack by a fearsome creature!~ Being one of the best knights around, you immediately grab your sword and make your way down to the King's quarters. To your surprise, the entire area is aflame! You see a narrow passageway that leads to your majesty's room, but there is also another hallway that seems safe enough to run through. Will you leave your king to die, or will you loyally risk your life to save him and whoever else you can find?

After hesitating a moment, you finally reach your decision and slide under the opening. As you near the royal room, you can hear the king's pleads for his life. Knowing that it is too late to turn back now, you turn your last corner only to come face to face with a massive dragon. It huffs a puff of smoke out of its nostrils before giving out an unpleased glare at you. Wrapped in it's large talons sits your crying king.
It almost looks amused at your horror. Its cold green eyes sparkle before it flaps its wings and starts to fly away with the king.

Should you attempt to slay the dragon with your sword and risk to kings death? Or will you follow after the dragon in hopes that the king will still be alive until then...?

Poor king you tug at my sympathy strings.
I will follow the dragon, either way I'm risking the kings life.

You watch in sympathy as the dragon gets away. Hopefully the king will be safe, you can only hope to get to it's lair before it is too late. A heavy rumbling snaps you back to the reality of the burning building that you are currently inside. It's starting to crumble. As you run out of the castle, the entire thing collapses! The fire is nearing the stables, and you need a horse. Do you fight the fire to get a well-trained horse, or do you snag the mustang that hasn't been trained yet...?

@Flute,

Inside the cave are a bed, fridge, chair and table. You can choose to spend the night here. There are food ready in the fridge. You can choose to sleep in the bed or near the entrance. Beware, looks can be deceiving. Most safe path will be dangereous. Which will it be?

Sleep in bed or by entrance?

@InnocentWings,
I frowned looking inside and seeing modern amenities, unbecoming of a cave. "Well, to have a hideout like this...the owner of all this stuff MUST be nice, right? Rich people that can afford to put a fridge and a bed in a cave would be nice enough to share...especially for a night."

Thankfully, I brought a sort of weapon with me in my bag. I managed to get a decorated sort of knife, more like a ceremonial decorative dagger than a weapon, from my room, among other things like clothes that I could wear for the night. I cautiously park West halfway between the entrance and the homey part of the cave, incase I'd have to dash out in an instant or if he notices someone come in.

I tried not to be tempted of the food, at least until the owner of the cave came back. But I did bring the knife-dagger with me into the bed, wishing for a good night's rest. However, I kept awake for awhile. One, because I was alert for the owner to come back. And two, bad things happen if I'm not careful.
