I was making icecream for my b-day party later this month. I was also requested to send it to the lovely queen KaliOfDarknesss, so I figured why not make a thread there people can post easy recepies? This way we can try new things pretty easly.

Icecream (5ingredients)
This recepie gives roughly 1L/batch.

Ingredients:
ca. 300g of berries/peppermint/fruits
2 eggs
5 tablespoons of icingsugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
3 dl whiped cream

How to:

1) If you are using frozen berries/fruits let them thaw untill they are somewhere between fully and halfway thawn. However they HAVE to be atleast refridgerator cold, cant be any warmer. (roughly 4-8c )

2) Mix the egg, icingsugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Use a electric mixer to get it into a fluffy, light and yellow batter.

3) Add the berries/fruit/peppermint to the batter. If you are using peppermints you have to crush the candy with a blender. It doesnt have to be a fine powder but if you have larger bits of it in the paste let the ones eating it know or they might lose a tooth. Stir the paste and berries/fruit/peppermint so it all blends nicely but not to much. If there is berries in the mix the batter should get a nice colour to it.
(If you put melon in it dont use watermelon snce its to watery. You might also need to use up to a whole mellon depending on the strength of the taste in the melon.)

4) Put the cream into a second bowl and wisp it hard. It needs to be wisped a lot more than normally.

5) Put the whipped cream into the other bowl and stir gently to a smooth, even paste.

6) Put into the freezer and stir the batter gently after roughly 2houers or all the berries/candy will be in the bottom of the form. Let it rest 2more houers and its done

Pytt i panna (mix in a pot, foundation recepie, 6 ingredients)
This recepie is awesom if you have leftovers and the recepie is only the foundation. Things can easly be added/removed. Alsoe goes great to make withou leftovers.

Ingridients
Meat (chiken, lamb, pork, beef doesnt matter)
Potatoes (can be switched for pasta)
Onions.
Salt and peppar
Sugar

How to make it:

1) remove the first couple of layers from the onion.

2) shop the meat, potatoes and onions into peaces. The smaller he faster the dish gets done.

3) If the meat is not fried/cooked start by frying the meat. Salt and pepper to your own taste.

4) Add the potatoes (carrots and other simular vegtebles can be added as well) and meat if it was already fried.

5)Add the onions and sprinkle a pinch of sugar ontop, it will give the onions and potates a lovely golden like look.

6) let it frie untill done.

7) if you want you can serve with a lovey egg and some pickled beets to go along with the food.

Night made a foodie group if anyone's interested:
https://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=41051

I mentioned my "easy & vegan butter chicken sauce" but didn't post the recipe/instructions, so I can share it here.

Ingredients:
1 can coconut milk
1/8 cup olive/vegetable oil
1/8 cup tomato paste
2 tbs flour
2 tbs curry powder
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
pinch salt and pepper
sriracha OR chili sauce OR hot sauce OR chili flakes (optional)
1 small chopped onion (optional)
"protein": potatoes OR chickpeas OR chicken (or all three)

Instructions:
1. Cook your choice of "protein" and chopped onions until fully cooked and season with salt and pepper in oil. Add your hot sauce if you want it to be spicy.

2. Add the flour and cook until it sticks to the "protein". I cook it on low-medium. You can substitute all-purpose flour for chickpea flour or corn starch. Basically anything that will thicken the coconut milk.

3. Add all of the other ingredients (coconut milk + tomato paste + spices). I cook the sauce on medium-high.

4. Once everything is combined let it simmer on very low to sort of marinate your "protein".

Extra notes:
I have made this sauce with just coconut milk, tomato paste and curry powder. It isn't as flavourful but if you are really hurting for money this sauce with potatoes or canned chickpeas over rice is filling and VERY budget friendly. The extra ingredients add a lot to it, but it can also be a poor man's dish too!

And yes this is cooked in a single pot!
