Backstory: Jay taught Gradient how to play guitar, and so far, only Gradient knows Jay's secrets and vise versa. Jay's the only one that broke Gradient down, the only one that could make Gradient to smile. Jay grew up as an orphan on the streets, and still has no family, really. Jay had one other friend- A girl named Ashley. She gave him a guitar, and taught him how to play.
