Rockstar flinched and struggled to stand up. His legs shook and he looked at the badger. He managed to stand up. He lead the badger away from camp and away from his mate's unborn kits.

The badger rushed towards Rockstar again, but before the badger could snatch away a life, Silverfeather shrieked, leaping on the badgers face, Stormrunner jumped on. It's back, landing some string blows before the two were knocked off, bleeding heavily

Rockstar collapsed. His wound wasn't that deep but it risked killing him.

The badger lost its sight in the attack, it ran in the direction of rockstar, leaving more slashes on him as it ran past, but it retreated, away from the canon and into the neighboring territory.

Rockstar's body shuddered. His eyes closed and his body went still. His breath gone with the light wind.

Crowpaw and the other apprentices rushed through the forest to where her leader and parents were. "Rockstar? Rocker?! Rockstar! Wake up!" The apprentice shouted at her leader. She then noticed her mother and father, bleeding their life out. The apprentice screamed out for help as she ran back to camp for assistance.

Rockstar gasped for breath. "The........ the badger." Rockstar gasped.

Silverfeather weakly got up "I-I'll go find help you us, don't worry" She reassured her mate and leader as she wobbled off, a blood trail following behind her. Only a few minutes later, the Medicine cat and three other warriors came running through, bringing the pair of toms back to camp.

Rockstar closed his eyes and fell asleep. His breathing was steady.

Silverfeather was relieved when she saw everyone was okay, she was even more shocked and excited when the medicine cat told her the exciting news "Silverfeather" she spoke slowly "I think you may be having kits" she told Silverfeather.
