How do you beat raid bosses? I feel like being a higher level hasn't helped me at all. I use all the potions I have, and barely get them down to 20% before my inevitable death. How do you usually defeat them?

Health's max is 2000 as a base.
All other stats (Intelligence, Strength, Dexterity, and Agility) max at 100 at base.

Having high levels with raid bosses doesn't help, since raids scale to your player level, so you can't beat the boss by over-leveling.

With the recent changes in level up/proficiency points, I don't think there's an updated guide that I can recommend you reading, so I'll just give general recommendations that should help.

The main thing now is party setup. Generally most players (and my personal setup), is a tank and 2 cannons. Your first pet should be made to bear the most damage. So choose a tree that specialises in tanking/survival, and put more points in their health/agility. Your cannons should be made to deal a lot of damage; so choose a tree that specialises in damage, and put more points in strength/intelligence/dexterity. Raid bosses appear by themselves, so I wouldn't recommend a multi-target tree. You might want to use one of your cannons as a buff, where they can heal other pets, so your party can last longer.

If you're concerned that your party can't last long, and want to play safe, you can make all your pets a tank. Especially if they are all light/shadow trees, they have team/self healing abilities, so they will last longer, but your battles may take a while to end.

Another important thing now would be equipment. Upgrade your equipment to legendary is possible, and as close to your pet's level as possible. Make sure you choose the right equipment, using those that add more to the stats that you want (strength and physical damage / intelligence and magical damage depending on the tree). Try not to use equipment that splits points equally, but match your tree as close as possible.

Leading up to the raid boss, you can start saving up your mana, so you can start the boss battle with finishing blows. That will give you a headstart. You can estimate how close you are to the boss battle by keeping an eye on the raid progress at the top. Then once you've done your finishing blows, save up as much mana as you can before dealing the next finishing blow. The more mana you stack, the more powerful the finishing blow will be. Depending on which tree you use, you may want to use the 2nd ability instead of finishing blows, especially if the ability grants healing and your pets need it.

Also, use mend whenever your pet's health falls below 75% if you can.

Hopefully these tips will help you. =)

Wow, thank you! That was a lot of information, but all of it was very helpful. Luckily, I've already gotten myself a tank and two cannons, so I'm good on that part. I really just need better equipment now, plus better stats for all my pets.

Again, thank you for taking the time with all that! I really appreciate!
