yep, then the dungeon opens up. But that dungeon is optional, you can continue onto astral's vale without finishing the dungeon. If you can't find your way through aryth's spire, there should be maps in the battle discussion.

like viridian medows and umbra forest, astrals vale is a battling zone on the world map, unlocked after umbra forest.

I am done Sweet Blossom Orchard and it said I am supposed to return to Ethernia. But on the world map, when I click on the city, it brings me to the Sweet Blossom Orchard. Do I have to wait that the week of love is over to go back to the town?

In the 3rd region, astryl's vale, to move between zones, you have to exit the zone you're currently in. There is an exit zone button on the bottom right of the explore screen. So you'll have to click that, then you can enter ethernia. You'll have to do this for any zone in the 3rd region.

So each time you enter a zone, you'll start from the starting point again.

Also, since the festival zone is usually placed in the 3rd region, you'll have to exit the zone you're in to enter the fest zone during festival periods. And if you exit the fest zone, all counters and spawn time for bosses/chests will be reset.
